We aim to get all our orders out within 24 hours of receiving them (the exception being weekend orders or peak sale times / bank holidays). The majority of our UK orders go out on a 48 hour tracked service. You should receive them in 3-5 working days of placing your order. If you need your order quickly – we recommend you use our Next Working Day DPD courier service where you will be sent a text and email advising you of your delivery slot. Our next day delivery service is only available to Mainland UK customers. We do not currently offer weekend delivery but a next day delivery placed on a Friday may arrive Saturday depending on the time placed. We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

We deliver internationally to the countries shown in the box below – if your country is not shown we do not currently offer a service. The delivery charge below will be applied at the checkout but can be viewed when you put items in your basket and select your country from the dropdown. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and Paketstationen. Import duties and taxes payable in some countries at point of entry are NOT included in the costs below. These must be paid by you on receipt of your parcel. For Germany and France we offer a secure and speedy 2-3 day service with DPD. For the USA we use a speedy secure DHL 3-4 day service. Many of our European destinations are covered with a 3-5 day service but please allow 7 days for your parcel to arrive. Please allow up to 10-12 days for Rest of the World.

All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, and that you are available to accept the delivery.
There are restricted postcode areas in Scotland, Cornwall and Northern Ireland where we are unable to offer a Next Day service. Please email or call us if you have a query with regard to your area. For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers. For international deliveries, we only deliver to countries noted in the grid above.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the goods as soon as they are received by you. Ownership of the goods shall pass to you upon payment for and despatch of the goods.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of courier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us at info@theessentialone.com as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within 7 days. We would encourage you to track your order first as you may find it has already been delivered to a neighbour or your safe place. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the courier company.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your delivery at info@theessentialone.com. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.
